The dial, which has a layer of mineral crystal, is accompanied by three sub-dials that display the date, day of the week and 24-hour time. Lastly, the timepiece functions through analog quartz movement and is water-proof up to a level of 330 feet or 100 meters.

Many users have found the glitz watch as a product of fine taste, a bargain for a purchase. Several of them describe the timepiece as “gorgeous” and cheaper than they expected. Some said that the users have received many compliments because of the watch, particularly the women who have purchased it. Others claimed that the CE1010 is the “best” among the Fossil ceramic watches.

Users felt that the watch goes well with jewelry, what with the crystals and the pearly white color. It has a classical, aristocratic look, just the right amount of “bling” without being appearing tawdry. The ceramic is surprisingly durable, said one of the users, who was “proud to report not a chip or a scratch.” However, two individuals have reported that the timepieces that they bought have faulty stems.

Other users, meanwhile, have a lot to say about the weight, the butterfly clasp and the subdials. Several individuals said the watch is a “little heavy,” but not too much.  The butterfly clasp and the flat closing are comfortable to use.

Although the positive reviews are overwhelming, some users still have some criticisms about the timepiece. They said that the markers in the subdials are too small and difficult to read.  Others said that the manual that comes with the watch does not help at all.
